SEAL IPP Infrastructue with PLOSSYS 4 (Under Construction)

Using PLOSSYS 4 and easyPRIMA

You can use easyPRIMA to create queues for the IPP Infrastructure server.

  1. Install the custom script sepp.pdfout.customer.pl in the folder C:\SEAL\applications\server\edc\templates\sepp.pdfout.pdf_vr_pdf to enable IPP output.

  1. Install IPP Infra on the PLOSSYS 4 server. This custom script needs the ipptool.exe.

  2. Create a queue printpdf with Brand SEAL Systems and Model PDF Output.

  1. Set the Output Method to SELF and specify the Output Destination to the Printer URI, eg. ipp://localhost:8000/ipp/print/printpdf if the IPP Infrastructure server runs on the same machine as PLOSSYS 4.

Using PLOSSYS 4 and OCON

You can use PLOSSYS OCON to create queues for the IPP Infrastructure server if you do not have easyPRIMA.

  1. Install the custom script sepp.pdfout.customer.pl in the folder C:\SEAL\applications\server\plotserv\plotter to enable IPP output.

  1. Install the IPP Infrastructure server running on the PLOSSYS 4 server. This custom script needs the ipptool.exe.

  2. Create a new printpdf queue with the template seal.printpdf.pdf_vr_pdf.

  1. Set the Output Method to SELF and specify the Qeueu destination to the Printer URI, eg. ipp://localhost:8000/ipp/print/printpdf if the IPP Infrastructure server runs on the same machine as PLOSSYS 4.
